I have the cheaper one by WPG - I swapped the zip slider for a repro Talon, and it's my daily wearer for summer evenings.

Looking at the pics on the Haley site, I would say that it was made by the same manufacturer as the WPG. The labels are identical, apart from one saying WPG and the other Haley, and the Haley has the USN stencil added. The WPG is a lot cheaper than the Haley one, and isn't bad at all:

Hi Allen. I dunno. I was toying with the idea, but I was also looking at a wool A-1. And Jackie just convienced me to put a $3000.00 deck onto the house....so I'm not sure.
