I dont know much about the B-15, what are the issues with the jacket? Is it a repro? I do think the tag looks extremely dodgy though.

I wouldn't call it a repro, it's more of a cheap copy made in the 50's. About 75% of the B-15's offered on ebay are these. I think a lot of them are offered through ignorance rather than deception. Not so this seller. He knows what it is. You're right about the label. Anything with 'Original type' is certainly not.

And in this case, the maker did have a contract ... 44-6355 AF.

Their civilian offering in the eBay auction has 44-6955.
