Here's my latest leather flight jacket patch works, note the 2 titled patch is a "Tribute" type and not actual design that was used, enjoy

Yes, they had a ships mascot parrot named Rasputin and this is in honor of the mascot and the unit/men

Ltjg David E.T. Braden and Ltjg William L. Strahan both of VB-21 and Rasputin. Photo taken in June 1943 at Henderson Field, Guadalcanal.
The notation on the back of the pic was written by my uncle Ltjg James S. "Bud" Brown of VB-21. I do not know who made the notation "VT" and "VB". Both
pilots were from VB-21.
