Jacket weights

I always felt that my Italian hh was heavier than my horween. Just for shits and giggles (shitty weather, bored) I decided to weigh them.
Gw23380 Italian hh-4.1lbs, gw bronco horween hh-4.2lbs, gw dubow horween hh-4.3lbs.
Probably close enough that the difference could be differences in contract, but interesting that the jacket which feel’s heaviest is actually the lightest. I’m thinking the stiffer leather tricks your mind into thinking it’s heavier.

I weighed all 3. All gw but different contracts. Only other a-2 I have is my old Avirex cowhide.

Probably not. 4ish lbs is actually pretty light for a leather jacket.
