Is this N-2 overpriced?

It is olive rather than sage but OMG that price is severe.
just as the a-2 was to the Japanese in the 80's, so nylon appears to be now becoming worldwide.

The N-2 and N-3 are much more rare than A versions, but not as rare as L-2s. The problem is finding mint or even near mint examples of olive nylon. This nylon is notorious for turning red in some areas. The mouton on the inside hood are prone to stiffing too. The jacket on this auction appears to be excellent + condition. $500 for this jacket would be a VERY fair price from what past examples have sold for.

The B-15D's that Aviation Etc has been trying to sell are very nice and I can only assume he's just holding out till someone comes along and pays that price.
