Time to learn to paint our own! Or patronize some of the skilled artists in the specialty...compared to Mr. Big Noise Collector Manz here they're a real bargain.

if they are orginal, that's the going rate. Patches can go for over $1,000 if collectors out there really want them. Lots of very convincing fakes so I have stopped buying. Yes, I paint them on jackets myself. Just as historically correct and as far as putting on a jacket, it looks better!

its my understanding that there is a lot of high dollar buying from the well to do in China - a new market of collectors.

i'm sure they don't all come from ebay, our man simon

.......i have no qualms buying form him, if i can meet his asking prices.......

The 23rd is a beauty. For the 2 patches together I think the
current price is actually a little low yet. I'm sure it will go up
at the end though.
