Not sure but I have seen this in a glass display case at maybe the air museum in Dayton. It was on an A-2 with a Lighting Lancers patch on the left side. Might be Korean war, could be personal patch for all B flights of that squadron. I know after WW2 the lancers flew P-61 Black Widows, and during Korea flew F-82 Twin Mustangs.

Your Patch is the "B" Flight with the 68th Fighter Interceptor Squadron, It is on a jacket on display at the USAF museum along with the 68th FIS emblem ,It would be Korean era, I also recently made both patches for a person who's relative flew in this unit , and saw this jacket while I was at the museum a few years ago .
