Hi again! I've just adquired a year 2000 Propper International NOS CWU-45/P, in size small, and would like to add some genuine usaf patches. My jacket only has got the left chest velcro. May be it's a silly question, but, referring to the addition of patches, what I have to do? Sewing them, or glueing them with some special product? Thanks!

No glue for sure! Sewing is best option.

Agree, glue is not recommended. Here are a couple original CWU-45 examples with sewn patches. The velcro on the left chest comes from factory with all the CWU's in order to attach the name tag.

Mine, dated on 2000, hasn't got velcro for both arms and right chest, it only has the left chest velcro, where pilots put their names

All the CWU's from 70's to present to come only with the velcro on left chest from factory. Sometimes you might see one with the velcro on arms and right chest but that is most likely attached by the squadron before they are issued to the personnel.

Most guys in the Military these days sew on velcro in the mirror image of the patches and then line the back of the patches in velcro. This allows you to change them out for a different squadron and also to remove the patches if shot down. Not a good idea to be sporting a big US flag behind enemy lines.
