Contacted seller to let him know his ad is false, but from seeing his auctions in the past there's no doubt he knows. No response. He hasn't changed the ad and now has a bid. I've contacted eBay.

I've dealt with this seller before and felt he overstated the condition of the item I purchased, although it was genuine. This whole "willful ignorance" thing on Ebay is getting really old!
