We have had several MIG s imported here in Delaware (one still had the cannon AND ammo when it arrived in port of Baltimore MD, EOD had to remove etc)...and reassembled/sold...Also there are two AN-2's in Townsend DE...a very small town...when the walls of the USSR went down so did their military goodies..all over the world cheap

I actually bought this at Huntington Beach California swap meet while visiting the montser-in-law, I mean Sister-in-law. Used to go to this market every weekend and just about anything can turn up. The guy selling it couldn't even remember where he got it but called it a WW2 bomb sight.
