Found this bouncing around Yahoo Japan.

Jacket looks great. Thinking this is a RM for a fashion house in Japan. LOVE the Italian Camo lining.
The art is very tidy.....makes absolutely no sense in my opinion. Camels and mules? Cargo Squadron
perhaps?

I agree pretty bizarre. I almost wonder if the squares are politically correct Baltic crosses (and not swazticas). Or maybe they are Red Cross packaages??? It is just a bit weird overall.

32nd Troop Carrier Sq was based in N. Africa for a while, then the Italian campaign. So the art may have some basis in reality. S2 - was the squadron code.

Mules and camels are both beasts of burden, so linked to the role the unit probably played in theatre. The crosses and troop icons could signify casevac and troop transport/para drop missions. So doesn't seem too outlandish to me.
