B-2 Cap,what type of leather conditioner

I have a redskin B-2 Roughwear by Eastman. What is the best conditioner to use?

The new sheepskin should not need conditioning. I have the ELC house version. I wear it in the fall winter and early spring. In the winter while shoveling snow...I sweat in it leaving salt stains.. I use mink oil to clean it up. After ten plus years it shows very little wear, but I beat the snot out of it...

My point is wear the heck out of it, in the rain, snow, and cold winter nights...
