The collar has a seam, no snaps, and the condition is better than the rest of the jacket ....

Epaulets and half-belt? Probably a AN-6552 with the collar switched(going by the shape of the pockets).

Yes an-j-3, shame leather in poor condition. But original lining and original cuffs, waistband.
