A WWII Cooper?

It does not have the features of a Wartime Cooper. Wartime Coopers were not made from goatskin and this jacket has the greenish waistband found on some non-issued jackets. My guess is it's a privately purchased jacket from the end of the War or immediately afterwards.

The collar looks wrong, too, for a Cooper that's supposed to have round collar tips and collar stand - and here the collar clips are applied over the upper surface of the collar.
