I own an A-2 Bill Kelso Dubow (sold by Brettafett) that is a "42 Long".
I compared the dimensions of my A-2 (42L) with the beautiful original A-2 Perry Sportswear (42) that Silver Surfer recently sold.
It's funny to see that the dimensions are very close :
A-2 Bill Kelso Dubow (42 Long) :
- Shoulder to shoulder : 45.5 cm / 17.9"
- Armpit to armpit : 56 cm / 22"
- Sleeves : 66 cm / 26"
- Back length : 62 cm / 24.4"
Original A-2 Perry Sportswear (42):
- Shoulder to shoulder : 45.7 cm / 18"
- Armpit to armpit : 56.5 cm / 22.25"
- Sleeves : 65 cm / 25.5"
- Back length : 63 cm / 25"
So Bill Kelso's "42 Long" doesn't look so long. It is even 1 cm shorter than the original Perry.
I know they are not the same contract, so the comparison is not quite valid. But I was still surprised by this comparison.
Would an A-2 Bill Kelso "42 Regular" really be shorter ?
