1941 Lady Luck back patch

Recently got a hold of a 1941 Lady Luck patch; havent been able to find much info on it; it's marked 1941 by Paul Benson Stylized Emblem Co. I'll post a couple of pics once I figure out how... Also curious to know if anyone knows a source of oldstock 60s/70s British made motorcycle patches (the type with the sticker back and metallic thread)?
