btw: before ya condition the jacket, you might want to glue down those flicks of hide on the shoulder and or other areas with Aileens leather glue. tooth picks and patience needed. a small drop on the end of the tooth pick, placed between the lifted hide and where it is lifted from. press by hand for four or five minutes, and move on to the next ones. keep a moist rag at hand so that if ya get glue outside of the designated area you can wipe it off before it sets. doing this will prevent any further deterioration of the affect hides.
