    Thanks so much Diamond Dave! I think you can understand why I am so confused on the date of this jacket. As you can see from this photo it does have two zippers in the back for map pockets but that logo on the label doesn't make sense. I believe you may be correct on the Proto type theory...

    I'm trying to find out what year this Buco jacket is from. By the label, can anyone what what year this jacket is from, or if it is a J-22 or maybe a J-24? Or how can I find out if it is horse or cow hide?
