That's a pity, I've just measured my Eastman A-1 and from that it appears the Monarch's sleeves and length will be too long for me... it's a nice jacket though, love the colour.

That's tempting. From what I've read on the forum, original makers A-2's all appear to have a different pattern/fit/cut... what's the fit of a Monarch ? Slender ?

Hope you don't mind me asking, but did you get charged UK customs duties on the watch and if so how much did they charge ? I'm seriously thinking about ordering one, but I'm a bit concerned I'll probably get stung with high import duties making it all a bit out of my reach.

There's a few Bill Kelso's out there, I managed to pick up a really nice BK A-1 on Ebay recently which I'm very pleased with, I didn't intend to buy one, but at £155 I couldn't resist and when it arrived I'm glad I didn't... I'm sure most of us have done that at sometime or another !

Hi Peter, Congrats on getting the ELC Luftwaffe jacket at a good price, this jacket was once mine and I sold it to the ebay seller about a year ago. I hope it fits you OK, these are very snug and it was a tad too small for me - I reckon we're about the same size. Just as a comparison, 36" Buzz...
