MA-1 tag question

Many of the labels/tags I have seen pictures of always seem to show a blend of wool with some other material. I have not seen another label with 100% wool. Is it of any significance?

From the pics I did see (not re-postable) it looks to be very similar. I had wondered about the knits being darker than the nylon but your pics show the same color variation.
