Nice buckle. I think those were generally made post-war in olongapo or subic bay in the philippines. You see sometimes see watchbands on ebay and elsewhere called 'olongapo bands,' which are made of the same material and similarly hand filed.
I have the Mash B-1 and, as everybody else has said about this hat, not so comfortable. The leather lining leaves a dent in my forehead. Like Better Duck I prefer the A-3.
