I’m with you, Hogans Hero’s and Bob Cranes jacket, WW2 movies and shows in the 60’s, my brother was in the air force during Vietnam so I was glued to Walter Cronkite each night and that same brother brought me home an old MA-1 flight jacket that I wore to death. all that got me hooked and started.

I think it looks ok, but, you need to be very happy with it or you won’t wear it, that’s the bottom line for me. I just sold a jacket out of my closet that was great, but I wound I just did not wear it because I did not LOVE how it felt on me. If you don’t love it, sell and try again…my advice!

Good question. There is another lady in customer support to referred “actionable” request to, don’t remember her name now, but she was also very nice and responsive. Schott needs someone to replace Gail for sure!

That’s the best way to get accurate details. I have a couple of schotts, I believe this is likely a I S 674 MS, the 174 I think is a slightly slimmer body style. “Gail” at Schott is a phenomenal historian of their jackets and is very responsive to email inquires on their forum.

I have owned a few Schott moto jackets over the years, this definitely does not look like a Schott. Hope that helps a little
