    1950s? LW Foster G-1 Jacket Contract year?

    Just bought a size 48 manufactured with the same contract number. How do you decipher the build date to be fiscal year 1958? I assume that FY58 in that time was July 1957 to Jun 1958? We did not change over to FYs starting in Oct until much later. Your thoughts? Cheers, Mike
