I have a MA-1 size M (38) and it's a bit tight when closed and a tad short in sleeves, I am 1.78 and 70kg chest 96, so a L (40) would have been better). It seems that the L-2A has about the same measurements so I feel that a 38 would be small too, even though the MA-1 filling is surely thicker...

Here is a few pics, the jacket is not ironed. The dameged spots on the collar are a bit darker as I just applied the fray check liquid on them. The color of the jacket in some pic seems more khaki due to the artificial light (it's evening here), it's actually more green.

Just got it back from the dry-cleaner, it came out well, cleaned and roundel not discolored. The dry-cleaner already cleaned my other 1967 n-3B (but that one was not nylon and din't have a roundel). Very honest too, just €15 (about $15)

Hi, I just bought this vintage (late 50s-early 60s) n-3B that should arrive in a couple of days. Even though it seems in good conditions I would like to clean/wash it before wearing it. I would avoid a dry-cleaning fearing to damage the fur and the roundel, so I would prefer to wash it in water...
