it is possible that because i sent that from my personal mailbox rather than some of our automated mailboxes such as order confirmations and sizing queries which are sent from orders@ or enquiries@ mail boxes . Hopefully it will all get sorted in the coming days.

It has come to our attention that recently many of our outgoing emails have been going into customers spam / junk folder. This is mainly affecting gmail accounts and is due to some recent changes by Google and them making big changes to their email system and applying new authentication rules...

I truly don't know if they really do think they are offering a service or not but its totally unsolicited. Yes there are sometimes awkward customers or customers that are hardwork, and yes sometimes we as manufactures make mistakes but that's business it's how you deal with it that matters...

All I know is that this is the second such email I have recieved from them, first one from Andy Falzon a few year ago and then this one, both with a whole lot of manufacturers CC'd in. I have never recieved such a mail from any other maker (nor have we sent any, or ever would)

The email has been passed onto the OP , it is all his details that were shared. Bill Kelso have their office registered in the UK ( well that's what their website' says) , they have always been very secretive with their address and phone number which in itself should ring alarm bells
