Can anyone recommend someone who could make a patch?
I have a piece of WWII art that my father in law designed when he was in the service and I would like to have it made into a patch. It has a lot of sentimental family memories.
I can scan it and send it.
Thanks
Dave
@Paul & Tom,
While the Irvin is a stunning jacket, IMO it just looks too "attention grabbing" I didn't realize it until I received mine. I want something a bit more understated, no fur at bottom of sleeves and waist.

I apologize in advance if this has been covered, but I couldn't find anything on this forum about the ANJ-4.
So since I'm selling my Irvin (I know sacralige), I think for my build and taste the ANJ-4 might be the better jacket for me, of course getting the right size will help. But I think I...
Andrew and Soren,
Thanks. I've been waiting to wear this jacket for awhile and now I can, finally cold enough.
I don't know how Soren feels, but what was very interesting for me was how soft the leather is. Jon did a fantastic job on this jacket, I have received several compliments and...
So the temperature has finally dropped here (NJ) and I wore my Aces High Irvin the other day.
It was extremely warm and comfortable. Received several compliments from strangers commenting that it looks very warm. I'm quite sure they didn't recognize the historical significance of the jacket...
Soren,
It looks fantastic!
I know exactly what your talking about with regards to the leather, it's very soft and comfortable.
The jacket looks great on you.
How does it feel?
Enjoy.
Dave
Andrew,
Your exactly correct, I definitely want my hips covered. And there is no way I'm returning the jacket to size down.
Dave
PS From the wartime photos I've seen, the jackets that were worn we're similar in build and fit to mine.
It's a size 42
Pit to Pit: is either 19" or 21" I appologize for the in accuracy, but I'm not exactly certain how to measure.
Sleeve Lenght: 24"
Jacket Length: 26"
Again since I'm no expert at this, I would have Jon weigh in or ask him what the measurements are on his size 42.
Hope this was...
