Fantastic jacket, Burt! And I really love the color. My gripe with today's repro manufacturers is that they are trying to sell 2 versions: seal and russet. Seal is darker than most originals, russet is lighter. Why doesn't anyone sell THIS color?

It’s going to be difficult to believe this Greg but the repro jacket that I have that comes the closest to duplicating the color of this original Bronco is………… (wait for it )
A 1978 Horsehide Avirex pictured below the original in the photo.

I think much of the darker A2’s were a result of depot re-dying . Later when the seal colored was produced at the tanneries it was a more uniform of a color .

Ha, nice! I also have an old, beat up Avirex which is indeed a nice color, in between seal and russet.

Nothing more than a couple of pics of my 5 star DUBOW 27798 MID BROWN HH . I wore this jacket as much as possible the leather softens and it is a pleasure to wear very comfortable and flexible. even with a sweater .Definitely a cool jacket
