When I do living history displays, I most often portray a war correspondent. The first shot of my 'field table' was at the correspondent/photographer display I put on with good friend Bryan Ilyankoff, at the MVPA convention in Portland. I'm still unhappy that we got no coverage in the press for the event, the only display that was never mentioned anywhere as if we hadn't even shown up. I'll never waste the time to do another event for them again...
