That one is AFATC.

You see a few variations on the theme reflecting the changing designation for what was originally Air Corps Ferry Command and was renamed eventually to Air Forces Air Transport Command i.e: ACFC, AFFC, ATC and AFATC - the latter two seem to be the most common versions found on patches.

Sketching the Texas Raiders tributes. Using the last known nose art, made by G. Velasco. Crying pinup was left after a personn claim she has this idea prior to me. So, I decide to use an "hats off" pinup. This one will be painted on jacket.
