Your reference to a FL post regarding Bill Kelso's lack of imagination in naming the company after a movie character - "Buzz Rickson did the same and they make a killing. Good Wear is a direct take from a WWII maker as well." Is this an attack? Did not even garner a response from those in the thread, as they knew it to be true.
Oh come on..who you trying to BS? I responded several posts later to your comment on the FL with a youtube clip showing the dumbass clown that BK named their company after. It wasn't about BK naming their Co. after just another movie character...but a buffoon just as ridiculous as the BK rep's avatar pic of the 'winning' Charlie Sheen that he proudly displayed here. However it does fit very well with their ludicrous business practices...responses...over the top self adoration above all other jacket makers and flooding any forum they could with the absurd BK jacked up advertising. Either until they were hopefully contained or realized that they should tone down for their own sake..let alone a forums other business. Trouble is...they couldn't/wouldn't. Finally if not out in the open, as they would of liked here, they took their persistence behind the scenes on a more personal note until enough was enough.
BK finally concluded on the FL that their added grandiosity was turning others off there as well..so with that they ,somehow, backed out with members also hoping that they would let the BK jackets and customers speak for themselves. However..they still can't bring themselves to actually do that. Resorting to now comically responding to FL posts on their Facebook page while still coming across as their own worse enemy. It's not that BK jackets aren't deserving of praise...their management style is just (obvious to many) a continuing mess.
It has been obvious too that you have a hard on for JC and GoodWear. I don't know whether that is to deflect the unfavorable commentary (that infuriates you) about BK's overwhelming relentless style..or what.
However JCs rep is pretty solid with most everyone around here (whether you like it or not) and just quite tough to downplay or discredit. Therefore if nice used jacket prices seem flat, I would imagine that most all would meet the same fate.
