I does look a little padded . The hand warmers are well done, at least they aren't too obvious.
The jacket has inside facings too.
It looks like it has been dusted down with fullers earth or something.

What does that first sentence state?


The collar stand is a feature that I haven't seen on any jacket past the early 1940s. Looks like a civilian jacket that has had the patches added at some point in time.

It looks like an early repro (80s era) stand. WW2 era stands were never so tall - just a thin band of leather.
