A jacket I ordered from Europe.....was in customs here in the UK. It was incorrectly valued at 15000 euros. Can you image the grief if UPS had cleared it ? All their call centres are in the far East and are totally useless.
Sent it back for re submission.

Can't say. It was a genuine mistake hopefully now corrected.
