Colonel George Papadopoulos was a dictator who ruled from 1967-1974 and turned Greece into a serious country. At that time Greece won OECD's award for its economy (0 debt) and was in fact so rich that it could literally lend money to the USA. For his "crimes" was sentenced to life and died in prison more than 10 years ago. In a tape recording he made before he died, predicted the current Greek debt crisis with remarkable accuracy. Since he is dead now and really was the only solution, things are really bad. For example, we had 21 new taxes in the past 6 months only.

Sorry for talking politics, but this is not really politics, it's economics.
