Guys,
not trying to p*** in somebody's beer here by trashing the new tendency to print patches...absolutely not, I really like some of this new stuff!
But sometimes customers come up with ideas that are so individual and good templates are not available. Of course, one could spent hours with the computer to create the wished for design, but what's the point in this? If the advantage of printing patches is to have them made cheap, in a moment and without too much personal effort...?
Here is an old example where someone asked for something individual. The template was an embroidered patch, which had to be transferred to leather.
The customer had lots of ideas and modifications to the original design, so a lot of work went into preparing the actual painting process. Customer's instructions were:
