Early L-2B by Rolen Sportswear Company
Rolled with the ELC Monarch... outside and in the rain! The unbeaten 'beater'.As an E-9 I have an endless supply of WTFs. Mostly required for E-2s, O-2s and O-4s.
The Wows... they are mostly reserved for Jorge's stuff these days, the one in a million rare A-2 or a truly puzzling comment I can't believe made it through the brain, via the hands and the fingers to the keyboard.
Another ripper Jorge...
Today for me might be a BR M-51 Parka and liner. Pouring down.. ATF Tanker at the minimum...
Did you have one, Brett? I wonder how their sizes correlate with contract sizes.I do believe that's a Cockpit Top Gun Heroes G-1...
Similar to their 100 Missions, but some very slight differences, essentially same....
Absolutely fantastic jackets, well made, classy...
Yes, had a couple actually. Ive had the 100 Missions, loved it *but the body tends to be a bit short), and also the leather collared Forrestal version. Size 40 both.Did you have one, Brett? I wonder how their sizes correlate with contract sizes.
Very nice Jan and I bet Natalie likes your Dong
Now that’s a great fit. Looks custom made for you.
Indeed she does! I’d say she wants one of her own, but that might be taking this thread in a bit too much of a Freudian direction.Very nice Jan and I bet Natalie likes your Dong
- Sorry mate, I couldn't resist! Joking aside that's a cracking B-10 and the fit looks excellent. Period photos for the most part show these fitting ever so slightly less fitted than for the most part an A-2 and that really looks the biz. Bet it's damn comfy too!
Really nice...Hi All,
Just back from casting my (early) ballot. It took me three and 1/2 hours to get through the line. Currently 50 degrees with a sustained 25 mph Northerly wind. The final results of hurricane Zeta passing through.
In doing I wore my size 44 AN-J-3A. A civilian model Monarch and one of my go to jackets. Moreover, one of the most comfortable jackets I own period.

After 12 years of collecting, this is the only original size 44 AN model Monarch I've seen to date. Completely restored by me from the ground up and pattern jacket for my repros.
