I agree on that visually the jacket already looks great for me...but i always wanted to add some nice nose art. Therefore, i want to start this project with this jacket as i didnt pay much as well. I would not do nose art on the 23rd Fighter Grp i got for exampleThe only thing that really makes our jackets look better is wear and tear...
FOr the patch i will use the one i got from Sean. See below the photo.Which is already patched, isn’t it ?
what art did you plan ? Just a chest patch or art back ?
Good point actually! Did not realize the mix i was doing. Thanks for the input!ok, big project.
Just a note, I find it strange to put on a patch of fighter squadron and paint bombs and a bomber.
Why not find a nose art from a fighter.
Maybe I am too rigid on the historical coherence, but I find it a shame to mix.
Must weigh more than you do !Aero Barnstormer again today. I bloody love this jacket/coat and it just happens to be almost the most practical leather jacket I own. The CXL FQHH is also probably the most beautiful leather out of all my jackets.
I actually haven't had any bother with it whatsoever. Never troubled me and it's also softened up over the years as well. They're great jackets and the leather is just stunning.Must weigh more than you do !
Have had 8 or so Aero FQHH , they all stood up on their own, were too heavy and bulky for my personal tastes so i applaud (& envy) anyone who can get on with them . Took me many years & a lot of dosh before i gave up on them .
