I got this leather watch band at a local jewelers and mounted my dad's 42' US Army issue Bulova on it. The band came with a 50s civilian Elgin watch (which works perfectly), but the band is what I was after.

Band is marked Cardat. Cardat Leather Goods was bought out by Tandy leather in the 50s and Tandy went bankrupt not to long ago.

The underside of the bank also has Style No. 93, Color No. 52, Size 1.

Love the patina going on. A nice reaction to years of oils and salt from wear. That’s true patina.
