I was wondering that , too. 22 inch chest for a size 44 seems a bit small. Measurements look more of a size 40.

Before buying a used (even if it's hardly worn) FS, I would consider getting a new one...or check the actual measurements against Shawn's standard sizing chart.

With Shawn's attitude towards customization, people have the tendency to change every single measurement...and either you know what you are doing, like @MrProper, whose customized jackets are just perfectly fitting (for him!), or you end up with a "Franken-jacket".

I would think that the risk of ending up with something ill-fitting is significantly higher than for an ELC or AERO, who might only allow minor modifications like shortended sleeves...
