Ive never seen this version of an USMC camo jungle pack!

One strap is stamped but it's hard to read. Tom is a collector for collectors and doesn’t like dealing in reproductions; therefore, if we know we have a repro it is specifically stated upfront! and maybe a date?.

Hi M,

It's a junglepack and it's an army issue. Original designation in the Quartermaster Supply Catalog as of August 1943: PACK, JUNGLE Stock No 74-P-15 ... These packs are often mistaken as an USMC item due to the camouflage pattern. These Jungle Packs were also used in a a plain Olive Green (OD 7) version in the ETO, late 1944 / 1945.

USMC and Army (frogskin) camouflage clothing were both reversible and had a green and a brown side.

$760! The camo packs are less common. Have an original and a WPG OD version. Do have a MINT Meese Mountain Ruck with snow cover. Never used. Paid $240 15 years ago....
