"The Kong Crew" Eric Herenguel

    A while ago I came across a real good carton / comicbook artist Eric Herenguel.

    He is the creator of the "The Kong Crew" Comics with a story about "King Kong" rules Manhattan in a postwar scenario.

    Besides being a Comic-Artist he is also a flight jacket enthusiast painting patches.

    Some of them are fiction - some of them are his own interpretation of "real" existing USAF flight formations.

    Met him at Flying Legends and got the comic. Nice guy. Passionate. Great artist. Man, there are a lot of talented guys out there!

    Love his job too! I sometimes "talk" with him and his brother on FB, both very nice and passionate guys. The only issue I have with Eric's work is the fact that most of his artworks are a bit too modern/comics styled. Don't get me wrong, he does a terrific job, just not what I prefer when he goes that route.
