Real or Repro Tanker jacket?

Hey, wondering if anyone can tell if this an original WWII cold weather tanker jacket.

I’m suspicious because the back portion of the wool lining is green, not brown. Seller says he sees stitching along waistband that would indicate it was replaced. Also, the sleeves appear to have matching panel patches (possible repairs). I noticed a name written along the zipper flap, but can’t be fully read and identified with the original owner. The included tags were reportedly found inside jacket pocket. They would seem to confirm this jacket is original, but could always be reproduced.

It is real, no doubt about it.

As you said, the back lining is replaced but it's possible it was a period replacement

Everything else is right as rain and the wear is all typical for Winter Combat Jackets
