PM's stuck in "outbox"

I have some PM's that have not moved from my "outbox" to being sent. Its been a few hours?

Any ideas? I hit the correct buttons!

CBI,

This has been discussed before, and as I recall, the messages in the Outbox remain there until read by the recipient. It is a way to see if it has been read from what I understand.
