Plain Pecards vs. Pecards Antique....

....is there really a difference? I want to soften up the collar area of one of my G-1s. Which should I use?

I think they are the same thing sold under a different label. I had both and the looked and did exactly the same thing.

I emailed Pecard's a couple years ago, they replied that their Classic and Antique are the same product labeled for different markets.

The Antique version of Pecards contains some brown coloring to it, similar
to shoe polish, so that it can hide scratchs and scuff marks on older leather
items.

Its just like the regular standard Pecards, only with the coloring.

At least thats what they told me about a month ago.
