Pete Conrad JR’s G-1

This is on display at the museum of flight. What makes this jacket so above and beyond is that the patches and the wings were earned by the owner, through his hard work and by being assigned to the various units. The UDT patch can even fits because their frogmen pulled Pete out of the Pacific and gifted him the patch.

This one really tells a story.

My favourite astronaut and a big hero of mine. Seen pics of him wearing this jacket, nice to know which contract and maker it was. I have that Phantom patch on my G-1.
