Patching quandary A2 ?

Hi everyone I got this A2 jacket a five star was going to put a few patches on it ww2 style but being a older man 57 I wanted that old ww2 flight jacket look but not over the top so this is all I have decided to do is leather wings and let it age.. any other ideas that will suit

If you are more likely to sell it, don't. Otherwise do whatever makes you happy. I take issue with 57 is older.

If I was me, I'd be more inclined to go for a squadron or group patch if you are going to patch it, and leave it there. They were the most common patches along with a name tag on WWII A-2s.
