What do you guys think of this one?

It is a very well preserved Cable Raincoat A2, one of 50,000 made by this Boston maker under the 27753 contract from late April 1942. It's provenance will increase the final sale price. The pictures give one a good idea of the condition.

If you are going to wear it, the zipper might be of a concern. It is hard to tell if it will improve with use, or is already a problem.

It's at 690 bucks and with 2 days to go so it's probably going to go for quite a sum. Apart from the odd issue you can see in the photos it's in pretty good nick.

Yes, I figure the price will be way out of my league... can always wish and hope though for another day or two...
