OLDER EASTMAN ROUGH WEAR 1401

Thought I'd post a couple pics of a 23 year old Eastman 1401p I recently picked up. It's marked size 40 but fits more like a 42. It has it's original knits, lining and original M-39 triple marked Talon. The original owner had a reproduction patch sewn on the front which I carefully removed, leaving the stitch holes almost invisible. Gary told me the hand written #012 indicates it's one of the first Rough Wears he was making back in '96. The OD all cotton thread has held up well and faded to a khaki color (which I know is incorrect for the 1401, but what the hell!).

This jacket belonged to me I was second owner I bought it from the stats along with a star sportswear eastman then I sold this roughwhere on again and back to the stats so it's done some travelling. I added the patch a winged horse of the 410th bs 94th bg . Absolutely beautiful jacket I wish I never sold .
