irong is for nylon not for the leather.
this is using water to moisture the decal kind of like after you finish the toy model and using watch to put the decals on the tank/airplane...

some one here maybe can help to translate it!

Really? I thought decals were to iron on leather.
Is is 100% certain that iron on decals are not for leather?

Yes, there are decals that you NEED to iron-on to leather.

The key is to use a t-shirt or something like that between the iron-on, and the iron, and follow the directions on the iron-on. It's not easy to do, but can turn out quite well.
