Need help with impregnate Cotton Duck

Hi to all
It's not leather and not a flight jacket but yes it's vintage in some way ;)
I have an old Carhartt Detroit Jacket for all kind of work since many years. Some of you may know that type of jacket, it's made of heavy cotton duck fabric and I wanted to know how to impregnate it to make it waterproof again. Over time and 100 washings it lost more and more of it's waterproofness. I have no clue in such things or what products I could use.
Your help is much appreciated .
Thank you

You could try this, or Barbour wax

anybody ever tried those polyurethane sprays? I have thought about using those on Bedford cord to simulate water repellent Jungle Cloth.
