Neckties with Flight Jacket

Just curious. Do you ever wear a necktie with your flight jacket when you want to look more dressy or formal? And what color or design?

I frequently wear a tie with my flight jackets. While I don't wear my jackets to court, I do wear them to work on days that I'm otherwise in a sports coat and slacks (as opposed to a suit).

Here's an old photo of me in my office on a typical "out of court" day. The Harrier print had just been given to me by VMAT 203 for helping a couple of their pilots out of a little tight spot in their careers.

A tie? sometimes but I'm afraid being English I wear a scarf at every opportunity in the winter !!

yes and I DO get my leg pulled at work with the usual comments !!! :lol: :lol:
